Dr Radu Cotici is the Senior Anti-corruption advisor at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Mission in Serbia and was the Head of the Regional Anti-Corruption Initiative Secretariat from 2013 until 2016. He graduated from State University of Moldova, Law Faculty, obtaining a Bachelor degree. He also obtained a Master’s degree in Public Administration and PhD in Public Law. He worked for the National Anti-Corruption Center of Moldova for 10 years in various positions: Deputy Head of General Directorate for Corruption Prevention, Head of Directorate for Legislation and Anti-Corruption Expertise, Head of Unit for Corruption Analyses, detective for corruption cases in judiciary. He also taught at the Faculty of Law of State University of Moldova disciplines such as General Theory of Law, History of Law and Philosophy of Law.
