The Report will be modeled on the Corruption Assessment Report developed on an annual basis by Coalition 2000, a public-private partnership against corruption in Bulgaria.
This paper includes the first ever region-wide diagnostics of the scope and dynamics of corruption in the region. More detailed information about the surveys through which the diagnostics were carried out is published separately.
